At Posh Peanut, we want you to love your buttery soft bamboo items as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your items in the original mailer or a secure box, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
